Join us for one of the most anticipated events of the July Racing Carnival, the Ramornie Handicap Calcutta, held the night before the prestigious Ramornie Handicap.

This lively evening brings racing fans together for a chance to bid on the horses running in the Ramornie Handicap. A Calcutta is an auction style event where each horse in the race is sold to the highest bidder on the night, creating a shared prize pool. After the race, the prize pool is paid out based on the race result, so if your horse wins, so do you.

Calcutta tickets will also be available to purchase prior to the event. Selected ticket holders will be drawn to receive a horse, giving them the opportunity to take part in the auction or share in the outcome on the night.

It’s a fun, high energy evening full of bidding, banter and racing insight, and a great way to get involved in the action before race day.
